Every reservation, walk-in, repost, and review means the world to us. We’re fortunate to cook in one of the world’s best food cities. But the real heart of what we do comes from the guests.

Some of you have been with us from the very beginning. Rick, Jerry (Mr. Magic — and if you don’t believe us, just watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C87l8wAD3o0), Richard, Elaine, Lorraine, and Marie—our beloved core regulars. I first met them I my first restaurant, a diner called the New Village Cafe. They've escorted me through different incarnations of the pop-up, stuck with us as we've evolved, and kept us afloat during the hardest times—especially through COVID.

They’ve become family, and seeing them—often weekly—is one of the greatest joys of my life. I owe everything to them and to the many other special people who have shown up with open hearts and empty stomachs. Your support, encouragement, and hunger (literal and figurative) have made this dream sustainable. We are endlessly grateful.
